Returns & Exchanges Policy

Effective Date: February 23, 2026

Return Window

We accept eligible returns initiated within 7 days of delivery confirmation. Return requests submitted after this window may be declined.

Return Eligibility (Must Meet ALL)

Returned items must be:

  • New, unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition

  • With original tags/packaging where applicable

  • Free of odors, stains, pet hair, damage, or alteration

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Custom items (including embroidery, logo application, alterations)

  • Clearance/final sale items (if marked)

  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or contaminated

  • Certain safety items or intimate-wear items where hygiene rules apply (if applicable and stated)

Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend a trackable shipping method. TXOil is not responsible for lost return packages.

Restocking Fee (Reserved)

We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee up to 15% for returns that require inspection, repackaging, or distributor restocking. If a restocking fee applies, we will disclose it in the return approval email.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, the fastest method is usually:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order for the correct item

Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect item, missing item, or a product defect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [support@txoil.com]

  • Include your order number and photos
    We will provide next steps. Do not return items without authorization.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Banks may take additional time to post the credit.

Return Authorization Required

Returns must be authorized before shipment. Unapproved returns may be refused or returned to sender.
