Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

Overview

TXOil is a retailer that may fulfill orders through authorized distribution partners. Shipping and processing times vary by brand and warehouse availability.

Processing Time

  • Most orders begin processing within 1–3 business days, but some brands/items may require additional processing time due to distributor handling, availability, or special order status.

  • “In stock” does not always mean “ships same day.” Inventory may reflect distributor availability that can change.

Shipping Time

Transit time depends on the carrier, destination, and service level selected at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Split Shipments

Orders may ship in multiple packages and/or from multiple locations. You may receive multiple tracking numbers.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address. Address errors may result in delays, rerouting fees, or cancellation.

Carrier Delays / Weather / Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, or other events outside our control.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the box and product immediately

  2. Keep the packaging

  3. Contact us within 48 hours at [support@txoil.com] with your order number and photos

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package:

  • Check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier facility first.

  • Then contact us within 72 hours so we can assist with a carrier claim where applicable.
    Replacement/refund outcomes may depend on carrier investigation results and delivery confirmation.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping affects carrier transit speed only and does not guarantee faster processing.

International Shipping

TXOil currently ships within the United States only.
