TXOil is an ecommerce retailer and authorized reseller of industrial workwear, FR apparel, PPE, and accessories. TXOil does not manufacture products unless explicitly stated on a product page.

TXOil does not guarantee that any product will satisfy your employer’s policy, a jobsite requirement, OSHA requirements, or any specific safety program.
You are responsible for selecting the appropriate PPE and ensuring proper use, care, and compliance with applicable standards and employer requirements.
“Enhanced visibility” or reflective striping is not the same as ANSI/ISEA high-visibility certification unless explicitly stated.
TXOil may fulfill orders using authorized distributors or suppliers. Orders may ship in multiple packages and from multiple locations. Processing times may vary by brand and warehouse.
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is tendered to the carrier (unless otherwise required by law). Carrier delays are outside our control.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy and Shipping & Fulfillment Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of conflict, these Terms control unless stated otherwise.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity under your account.
